The Cuarenta leads along the Andes over 5,500 km from Cabo Virgenes in the south of Patagonia to the border with Bolivia. Driving along this road would be worth a long trip by itself. Due to time constraints we could only explore a small part from Calafate to the north.

Die Cuarenta führt an den Anden entlang über 5.500 km von Cabo Virgenes im Süden von Patagonien bis zur Grenze von Bolivien. Eine Fahrt entlang dieser Straße wäre an sich schon eine lange Reise wert. Aus Zeitgründnen konnten wir  leider nur ein Teilstück von Calafate aus nach Norden erkunden.
